How to place an order?
You can place an order in two ways:
- Through the shopping cart on the site. Add the product you need to the cart. On the shopping cart page, enter the data for delivery, choose a payment method, confirm the order. After placing the order, you should receive the details by email. After payment, be sure to send us a photo of the receipt or a screen.
- Through private messages. Write to us by mail, telegram or chat on the site that you want to order. We all count, throw off the details, you pay. After payment, write the delivery address, throw off the receipt photo and wait for the track code.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay using a bank card or Qiwi wallet. We can add other payment methods if you wish.
How quickly do you ship after payment?
Usually on the day of payment or the next day if it is not a weekend.
Are you sending the track code?
We will send the track code, usually the next or one day after sending.
If you need any specific guarantees, no problems, we will provide. For example, we can work through the verified “Garant Service” at your discretion.
What if the content gets damaged during delivery?
Compensation for what was damaged at our expense. Be sure to video the unboxing of your order.
What if they don’t send what they ordered?
We will send what you ordered at our expense. It happens that the packer is wrong, we are all human. Be sure to video the unboxing of your order.
